History is a big player in what Ag Masters does.  History is a great teacher.  In our "Market News Updates", our heading is "Looking Forward with a Backward Glance".  To know where you are going you need to understand where you have been.  If one can understand what really moved markets to their seasonal high and low, then predicting where the next years high and low becomes an easier task.  The links below will show the beginning and ending of our 2008 bull move in grains.  Note how the entire grain complex has been lifted to a new plateau similar to what the Great Russian Grain Theft did for grains in the 1970's, along with the assistance of the droughts of 1974 and 1976.  History has taught us that the old highs of decades past should now become our new future lows.  If you remember the last 3 decades, new crop corn would seldom rise above $2.65 to $2.75 in a "normal" year.  After scoring record highs on June 27, 2008, new crop corn has not reached below $2.95 while soybeans have not moved below $7.50.  Just as history is a great predictor of the future, you can use our history to predict how much we will benefit your future.
